Appointments are available at our practice in Hook, Hampshire. We are situated next to The Park Healthclub.

Home visit appointments are available within Hook and the surrounding villages – contact us if you wish to discuss a home visit appointment.  

 

Appointment times

​

Initial appointments are up to 45 minutes duration to allow the clinician to take a detailed history, provide a diagnosis (where indicated) and start treatment as required.

​

The majority of follow up appointments are 30 minutes duration, however 60 minute follow up appointments are available for more complex / multiple issues.

We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer.  

 

We accept private insurance referrals and payment from the following providers:

If your insurance company is not listed above then give us a call as we may still be able to accept your referral. 

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you will need to re-arrange your appointment.   We ask that at least 24 hours’ notice is given if you need to re-arrange your appointment.  Failure to do this may result in a cancellation charge of ½ your appointment fee.
